That’s right, it’s time for yet another dress alert. I just couldn’t pass up this oh so pretty Slide Rule Dress from Anthropologie!

It’s edged with plum trim and appliqued crochet, ties at the back, and hits below the knee. Lined in cotton, and very flattering!

I love my white Macbook, which allows me to switch between Leopard and Windows XP and is blazingly fast. I’ve been toting it around in a pretty baby bag (it is my baby, after all)- but I’m now on the lookout for a proper laptop bag. Here are some of the top contenders so far:
