Stylish Uggs?
The author of Time Magazine’s “Holiday Hot List” calls Uggs “the ultimate sheepskin fashion faux pas” and seems appalled at how it’s one of the most popular items searched for this holiday season. But I’m not surprised: Uggs are so popular because they’re so comfy. And when it’s cold and wet and raining outside, somehow a pair of warm sheepskin boots sounds a million times better than… well, than one of the killer heels I wrote about recently!
Yes, they’re filled with sheepskin- and because of this, they can keep bare feet warm in temperatures as low as -30°F and cool in temperatures as high as 80°F. That’s right, I said cool- apparently it’s something to do with sheepskin being “thermostatic”. And, like most things, whether they’re stylish or not depends on you, the wearer.
